After studying law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Sander obtained his master's degree in Public Administration at the American University (US). An international career followed in which Sander led large organizations in which he made his mark in 'Stratigic' and 'Change' Management. Since 2000, he has been helping organizations based on his vision that people are the determining factor in the success of the organization to optimally connect people and strategy.
Hands-on consultant, coach and manager
Now - in his full retirement days - Sander is also developing in the visual creative field and is following a Painting/Drawing course at the IKO Art Academy in Hoogstraten. In addition, he uses his experience to optimally develop the talents of the employees of Julien Luscuere Advocaten and thus the organization.
